When do I pay?
After your free trial, and only if you decide to continue. Payment is monthly in advance, and there is no joining fee.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, at any time. Families often start on two classes a week and move up once the routine settles. Changes apply from your next billing month.
What if we miss a class?
Let your tutor know in advance and the class is rescheduled at no cost. We ask for reasonable notice so the tutor can offer the slot to someone else.
Do you offer discounts for siblings?
Yes. Families enrolling more than one child receive a reduced rate on additional students. Mention it when you book your trial and we will confirm the exact figure.
What if we need to stop for a while?
You can pause or cancel with no penalty. Families often pause over Ramadan or summer travel and pick up again afterwards with the same tutor where possible.
Can we get a refund?
Yes, within the terms set out in our refund policy. If something has gone wrong, tell us before requesting a refund; most issues are solved by changing tutor.
